With the accelerated pace of life,the problem of cardiovascular health is becoming prominent,and led to huge increases in the demand for active health monitoring.Electrocardiogram(ECG)is an essential reference for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.The detection of ECG can help to determine cardiac arrhythmia and other cardiovascular diseases,and can also assist the pathological study of cardiovascular disease.Compared with the traditional bulky and inconvenient monitoring characteristics of large-scale ECG monitor,wearable health signal detection system has attracted more researchers' attention.In order to realize the monitoring of ECG signal at anytime and anywhere,varies kinds of ECG monitoring electrodes used for long time are designed and realized by the researchers.Because the ECG signal is a micro current signal,it is necessary to closely contact the electrode and skin,so as to reduce the skin-electrode contact impedance and achieve the acquisition of low interference ECG signal.The current clinical ECG monitoring using Ag/AgCl wet electrode,but the long time using of Ag/AgCl wet electrode make the conductive gel get dry thus reduce the conductivity.Also the long time contact of the conductive gel and skin is prone to cause the infection of skin,therefore,the wet electrode can not satisfy the demand of long time ECG monitoring.In addition,in the process of ECG testing,there are interference factors such as baseline drift,myoelectricity(EMG)interference,power frequency interference and so on.An adhesive,stable and conductive ECG electrode with comfort wearing was demanded to amplify the ECG signal,meanwhile,an ECG acquisition circuit with digital filter to work with.The main research content of this paper will be focused on solving the key technical problems mentioned above.The research results and contributions of the full text are as follows:1.The single channel structure ECG electrode was designed for the requirement of ECG monitoring and the existing problems.2.A simple and large area processing method is used to prepare the ECG electrode,which is comfortable and can be worn for a long time.3.The ECG was tested and analyzed using the ECG electrode provided,and the self-adhesive and electrical properties of the ECG electrode were verified.4.An ECG acquisition circuit is used to verify the availability,long time usage and waterproofing of ECG electrodes.In general,this paper implements the process method of low cost large area preparation to achieve PDMS thin films ECG electrodes.Along with the ECG acquisition circuit,a wearable real-time ECG monitoring has been achieved.The whole system has proved the long time stability,comfort wearing and biocompatible character of the PDMS thin film ECG electrodes.
