| Due to the influence of natural conditions and construction conditions,shipment of large precasting caisson is easy to cause the construction safety accident and the loss of life and property.In recent years,with the application of large caisson and the construct-ion conditions and their own factors,such as floating stability,the method of floating towing can’t satisfy the requirement of safe construction,the whole bed semi submersible barge construction can be a good solution to the above problems.This paper adopts the method of theory combining with practice of corresponding researches on these problems,the main achievements are as follows:(1)Entirely touching foundation bed construction technology of removed ways mainly conclude mechanized way removed,railcar removed and airbag removed.Considering the economic aspect,large caisson precasting technol-ogy can make the construction cost greatly reduced using high-pressure gasbag removed.From the technical difficul-ties,using airbags removed technology comPared with other two kinds is simple and less maintenance costs.And the use of the entirely touching foundation bed semi-submersible barge shipment construction technology,mechanical slipway coordination is not enough,adopts rail cars in different working conditions is the orbit on the semi-submersible barge and the difficulty of the wharf apron of orbital docking is higher.Throughing the research,this paper adopts highpressure gasbag and other large caisson precasting semi-submersible barge to the entirely touching foundation bed,the results show that it is easy to construction personnel operation and the difficulty of implementation is low.it has wide application prospect and popularization value.(2)Domestic routine use of semi-submersible barge shipment construction technolo-gy of large caisson components mainly has two kinds: one kind is semi-submersible barge suspended shipment and the other is a semi-submersible barge aside on the bottom rail beam shipment.Semi-submersible barge floating shipment construction technology is characterized by caisson structures on the barge process must be finished in high water level,and weather conditions influence are big,semisubmersible elenchus to remain stable,easily happened safety accident.Semisubmersible barge tabled at the bottom of the shipment on construction process of prefabricated components of large and high demand for shipment wharf uneven settlement,the construction cost is larger,but can resist the influence of the bad weather meteorological conditions,the stability is suspended on the barge.Through the analysis of the above two kinds of construction technology,this paper studies the semi-submersible barge whole bed type and other large caisson precasting construction technology combines the conventional advantages of good adaptability,good safety,at the same time,the bed decorate relatively convenient,lower cost.(3)To the actual engineering as the background,the use of finite element analysis software in different working condition of water level at the end of the stress and displacement,the results show that with the declining water level,sit at the end of bed in the middle of the stress and displacement are linearly increase trend,sitting under the most unfavorable situation bottom bed of maximum stress is 85.274 kPa,the maximum settlement is 3.2 mm,the bottom bed this process has good mechanical deformation conditions and reliable construction process.It has a certain practical significance.(4)This thesis adopts the method of theory combining with practice research on construction quality control.By studying the related mechanical equipment safety operation procedures,regulations,formulate relevant requirements and system in theory,and establishing quality goals and guarantee system.Formulating the construction process of the accumulation of practice experience and the related matters of attention required for semi-submersible barge on the construction preparation,implantation,barge and installation construction points of the whole process of construction.In this thesis,the research results provide reference for the design and construction for future similar projects. |
