Battery is the only source of energy for the conventional power submarine.The damage of the battery will lead to the paralysis of the whole ship power system and the loss of the submarineflexibility.The installation of the battery shock resistance protect device in the submarine can effectively improve the anti-shocksafety of the battery,improve the vitality of the submarine.Submarine battery is in a complex of three impact environment.In the impact process,the excessive acceleration and relative displacement will directly destroy the battery.Based on the above considerations,by means of installation,materials,structure and other aspects,the paper designsshock resistance protect devicethat is suitable for the battery pack.In addition,the paper designs the plastic restrictor device based on the foam material to be used in the device,so that the resistance of the device is enhanced.The main contents are as follows:In chapter 1: introducing the background and importance of the research.The research status of anti-shock technology of ship equipment and the submarine battery shock resistance protect device is introduced briefly.In chapter 2: the structure design of the battery shock resistance protect device.Firstly,the impact dynamic characteristics of a single component are analyzed.Through the establishment of static and dynamic finite element model,the dynamic stiffness and dynamic deformation of the impact load are analyzed.Then,the dynamic calculation of the impact protection cover for a single battery is carried out,focus on the analysis of the deformation of the bottom of the package,and analyze the impact of its protective effect.In chapter 3:dynamic experiment of the battery shock resistance protect device.Static and dynamic test of a single battery protect device to test whether the impact protection device of a single battery can meet the technical requirementsand provide experimental basis for the structure and installation method of the battery pack.In chapter 4:vibration isolation and anti-shock performance analysis of the cabin battery pack.Static calculation,modal analysis,harmonic vibration calculation and calculation of the cabin battery protection device,analysis vibration isolation and anti-shock effect of protection device for the cabin battery pack.In chapter 5:dynamic experiment ofthe cabin battery packprotectdevice.In chapter 6:designand analysis of plastic restrictor based on foam material.In chapter7: the summary of the work of the thesis,and pointing out the further work.
