Aero engine is a high-speed,complex mechanical devices,it repetitive works in extremely high temperature,high pressure and high alternating stress load environment,the rate of vibration failure is high.With the development of science and technology,aero engine's thrust,rotation speed,dynamic strength increase continuously,its working process and structure is become more complex,accordingly,the vibration fault cases is also significantly increased.Therefore,how to monitor and prevent the vibration of the engine is an important issue of the world's airlines and institute.This article from the perspective of the airlines,analyzes the causes of civil aero engine vibration,and research three improvements of the vibration related to monitoring and prevention,that is the engine performance monitoring and prediction,the reliability analysis of the aero engine vibration and the real-time monitoring of engine vibration.By studying the performance monitoring of the vibration,using a variety of methods to predict vibration;By studying of the aircraft ACARS data link and the application of the ACMS custom report,research the real-time monitoring of vibration;Based on a large number of historical vibration fault cases,using reliability analysis method to analysis the interval of the fan blade lubrication.
