In the process of thermal power plant production,recycling water,fuel,air and other systems consume a lot of energy.In order to meet the needs of the operation,the traditional power system is often based on the maximum need to choose the AC motor.Auxiliary system of power plant is the main energy consuming equipment,condensate pump,condensate pump,circulating pump and some oil pump,air blower,etc.How to make these energy consuming equipment in a safe and economical operation becomes a project of the power plant industry.Application of frequency conversion technology makes the original design of a large surplus of energy consuming equipment in a more reasonable state operation.Air blower and pump are usually in accordance with the maximum operating output to meet the needs of the largest.And the auxiliary system is take the outlet baffle or valve closure adjustment,which has a lot of energy loss,is reason for the power plant electricity rate high.And the use of high voltage inverter can make the pump mechanical and electrical in the power plant in the process of continuous power generation.The change of the load of the high efficiency of the transformation output can save more energy and obtain more economic benefits than the power frequency operation of fixed output.In this paper,we choose Shanghai Shenergy Lingang gas-fired power plant condensate water system design of frequency control as the research background.Through the analysis of the principle of system energy saving and high voltage frequency conversion principle,we make design in order to solve the problem of energy power plant energy saving.The debugging process of the selection of the variable frequency converter,and the detailed plan and the debugging process of the condenser pump frequency conversion is put forward.The problems and countermeasures in the practical application are proposed.The energy saving situation of high voltage inverter is analyzed.Through the comprehensive comparison of three schemes according to the rationality and feasibility of the technology and social benefits,the best scheme is determined,and the power consumption of the power plant and power cost is further reduced by using the frequency conversion system.The advantages of inverter system can not only achieve the goal of energy consumption,but more importantly,it is able to maintain the existing system architecture and security system,fully protect the safety and stability of power plant operation.After the frequency conversion transformation,Shanghai Shenergy Lingang plant after more than a year of operation,condensation high-pressure water pump frequency conversion energy saving effect of the system significantly.The system reduces the economic cost and subsequent maintenance cost of equipment,pump vibration and noise has also been improved significantly,improve the pump efficiency and automation level,obtain the ideal economic benefit and social benefit.
