Safety issue has been received widely recoginized over the world,which is getting important for large size steam turbine with ultra high thermodynamics parameters and its applications to nuclear power plants.Such important critical applications impose much higher safety requirements.This work fouces on dynamic safety analysis method for the large size ultra supercritical steam turbine,which will facilitate the improvement of the products.The main contributions of the work may include the followings.(1).A dynamic model was built and validated for the ultra supercritical steam based on mechanic knowledge and process routine data.This steam turbine is the first such a product in China.This turbine is a typical nonlinear system equipped withultrahighthermoparameters and multi-extraction stages.(2).Dynamic flowgraph method was built for the steam turbine and its protection system,which is an unified model for dynamic safety analysis.(3).A method and its procedure of dynamic analysis safety are proposed for the protection system of steam turbine.
