Rail as an important part of the load of the crane directly affects the safe operation of the crane.With the development of social economy,the crane's lifting weight,span and length are increasing,It puts forward higher requirements for the installation and detection of the rails.At present,the crane industry to the rail detection is still based on manual work,The traditional rail measurement method has the shortcomings of high labor intensity,low efficiency,low accuracy and so on.and even detect personnel due to the building structure and other reasons unable to obtain suitable for detection of space,if you want to detect this kind of crane rail,artificial detection method does not apply.Disadvantages for artificial track detection,studing and developing with a variety of elements of automatic detection device to replace the manual detection is a very practical development for crane manufacturing industry and testing industry.This article designs a crane rail detection device,which has a linear reference by using laser beams,by mechanical car equipped with light spot position detection device to walk on the rail while measuring the deviation values of the detection.a linear reference by using laser beams,by mechanical car equipped with light spot position detection device to walk on the rail while measuring the deviation values of the detection.The detection device is a collection of optics,precision instruments,electronic control,image processing is a multi discipline,is a practical measurement device for crane rails measurement.The main contents of this paper can be summarized as following four aspects:1.Laser emits a laser beam spot formed on the screen light,spot center location determine the detection results,so optical devices is the main detection device,this paper summarizes the detection device which relates to the main optical principle,the real test for detection device lay the foundation.2.Rail inspection data is a relative value,such as the same section height difference of two rails,span difference and so on,detection device to collimate the laser as datum axis,the origin as the start position establishes coordinate system,because there is only one detection device,so only the first measurement of a root orbit measured another root,this paper studies the two coordinate unification principle,the world coordinate system of the two rails,makes a relative measurement data.3.In this paper,we study the three components of the track detection device,namely,the laser emission system,the running car,and the software system.Through the research of the laser emission system,the final selection of green laser can meet the requirements of effective distance,and the spot drift is small,and the spot center extraction accuracy is improved.The structure type selection design and dynamic selection design of the running trolley meet the requirement of running smoothly.The software system interface is written by VB.net,which realizes the remote control of the car,the extraction of the spot center,the drawing and the calibration of the rail curve.This paper focuses on the spot center extraction,using MATLAB software correlation function fitting circle center,improve the accuracy of the center extraction.4.In this paper,the rail detection device and the traditional testing methods are developed on the same rail,and the test data are compared to the test data.Test is divided into two stages,in the stage of a field test,the focus is on Adaptability of measuring car on the track;in the second stage of field test,the focus is on the evaluation of the measurement accuracy of the measurement system,the comparison reference is the total station instrument to carry on manual measurement of the measurement results,relative total station measurement,this paper developed a device with the smaller tolerance and higher sampling rate.Rail data acquisition,measurement and analysis are achieved automatically,in annother hand total station instrument relatively needs manual positioning,manual looking for target measurement,so the labor intensity is higher than detection device,so the detection device has very large practicability and accuracy,achieves the expected results.
