In recent years,China's civil aviation market has grown at an average annual rate of over 12%,which has brought more travel choices and conveniences to passengers. At the same time,The phenomenon of hybrid marketing channels of airlines such as “price increase sales” and “black agents” has also brought many passengers' troubles about civil aviation. This not only infringes on the rights and interests of passengers, but also causes great damage to the image and interests of airlines. Also with the continuous advancement of China's “Civil Aviation Strategy” construction, the airline's marketing management level and service level are put forward higher requirements, and the development of airline hybrid marketing channels is bound to usher in a new stage of development. Therefore, this paper examines the impact of service levels on the coordination of airline hybrid marketing channels under uncertain demand, and the research conducts from the following three aspects: Firstly,it discusses the opportunities and challenges brought by “Internet+” to the airline's hybrid marketing channel innovation. The marketing channel needs to integrate the "Internet +" technology and pay attention to the impact of the service level, and explore the path suitable for the development of hybrid marketing channels of Chinese airlines;then use the two quantitative forms of constraints and key factors to add the service level to the robust model of hybrid marketing channel coordination, then the scenario uncertainty method is used to characterize the uncertainty of demand, and a robust model of airline hybrid marketing channel coordination based on service level is constructed. Finally, using the example to carry out simulation analysis, explore the impact of the service level on airlines' hybrid marketing channels. The conclusions are as follows: The model in this paper is robust to uncertain requirements and is suitable for effective coordination of airline's hybrid marketing channels. The airline should pay attention to the impact of service level on itself and maintain the service level at a certain height, which can improve the robustness of the system and increase its own revenue;the agent should seize the opportunity, focus on reducing the channel cost, and carry out Improve service level cooperation to attract passengers;at the same time, airlines and agents should cooperate with each other to achieve a win-win situation.
