New energy equipme nt such as solar photovolta ics and fue l cells cannot be directly applied to most electr ical s ystems because of low vo ltage at the output end.Therefore,a boost converter wit h high voltage ga in and low input current ripple is studied for solar photovolta ic systems and fue l cells.The use of new energy equip ment is of great significance.In addit ion,with the rapid deve lopment of microcontrollers in recent years,power converters can achie ve high-frequency digita l contro l,while tradit iona l switching power supplies use analog chip control,whic h not only requires the use of more analog devices,but its control mode is not fle xible eno ugh.At the same t ime,it is not easy to debug the equip ment.In this dissertatio n,this dissertation studies a high-voltage ga in mult i-phase boost converter,which adopts the peak current control mode of analog-digita l mixed signal,and reduces the prob lem of high-voltage ga in topology input r ipp le by inter leaving paralle l method,and adopts dig ita l contro l.The way to achieve a more flexible control strategy.By analyzing the working princ ip le of the origina l three-leve l boost topology,for the pulse current proble m of t he charge and discharge circ uit of t he switched capacitor network,the induc tor is connected in ser ies in t he flying capacitor branch to ensure the topolo gy high vo ltage ga in and the power device volta ge.When the current stress is constant,the pulse current of the charge and discharge circuit is reduced,and the zero current o f the switch t ube is t urned on.At the same time,the princ iple analys is of the improved boost topolo gy and the analysis o f t he steady state working state are carried out,and the circuit parameters are designed.In order to make the boost converter have goo d dyna mic performance and realize flexib le control strategy,the digital peak current control method of DC-DC converter is exp lored,and several class ical digital peak current control methods are analyzed.This sche me comb ines peak current simulat ion.The advantages of control and digita l control are the peak current control architecture wit h mixed signa ls.Fina lly,the converter is modeled and ana lyzed by s imulat ion method,and a reasonable compensation network is designed accordingly.Since the high-voltage ga in boost topolo gy has a large input current r ipple problem,mult i-phase interleaved paralle l technolo gy is used,and the advanta ges of the analog-digital mixed-signal control architecture under inter leaved paralle l cond it ions are also discussed.The h ybr id control architecture is give n.Interleaved para llel imp le mentat ion.The control progra m is designed for the multiphase parallel converter.The experimenta l prototype of mult iphase high volta ge gain mult ip hase boost converter is comp leted.It is verified by experime nts that the mult iphase converter can realize the contro l of t he peak current mode of t he mixed s igna l.The low input current pattern is realized by the inter leaving of t he four-phase converter.Wave,the dyna mic perfor mance of the mult iphas e paralle l system is verified by the load-bearing experiment of the output of the converter.
