Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)not only has the advantages of high power density,small rotor inertia and high operating efficiency,but also has simple structure,light weight and small volume,so it has been widely used in engineering practice.However,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is a multi-variable and strongly coupled nonlinear system.Simple PID control is difficult to meet the high performance requirements of fast dynamic response,small overshoot and strong anti-jamming ability at the same time.Therefore,this paper introduces ADRC technology into PMSM control system.In order to avoid the shortcomings of mechanical position sensors,this paper studies the sensorless control system of PMSM based on extended state observer(ESO).Aiming at sensorless control system based on ESO,the rotor angle observation method based on ADRC controller in d-q coordinate system and the rotor angle observation method based on extended ESO in ?-? coordinate system are studied.The performance of the two methods is analyzed by simulation,and the sensorless sensor based on extended state observer and normalized phase-locked loop is constructed.The stability of the extended state observer is proved.Finally,the performance of this method for rotor position observation is verified by simulation.Based on PMSM system and typical second-order integral series system,NLADRC and LADRC are fully studied,and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized.Aiming at the difficulty of NLADRC parameter tuning,a simple and practical parameter tuning method is studied.This method makes the system basically stable according to the limit of control rate,and then makes the system run at the best performance point through the influence of each important parameter on the system control performance.Finally,the validity of the method is verified by experiments.Aiming at the disadvantage of NLADRC's anti-jamming ability decreasing with the increase of disturbance amplitude,a NLADRC/LADRC switching control strategy is proposed and designed.The performance of current loop and speed loop of the control strategy is analyzed.The simulation results show that the control strategy can effectively combine the advantages of NLADRC and LADRC,avoid their disadvantages and improve the system.Control performance of the system.The experiment platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)with DC generator as load is built.The validity of Position-free control method and NLADRC/LADRC switching control strategy based on extended state observer is verified by experiment.The NLADRC/LADRC switching controller is transplanted into sensorless control system,and the control accuracy and resistance of the system are verified by experiment.Disturbance performance and speed regulation performance.
