Study On Optimization Of Supply Chain Management Of Building Materials

With the implementation of the policy of building business transformation and the normative work of the construction industry,the construction enterprises put forward higher requirements for the cost control,efficiency improvement and compliance management of materials procurement.Enterprises in the industry have adjusted their business ideas or considered transformation to cope with the increasing competition pressure.Based on the theory of value chain and supply chain synergy,this paper tries to analyze the pain points and demands of the industry,collects and analyzes the information of A enterprise which has experienced and is responsible for the mode landing,and constructs a new optimization model of supply chain management of building materials to facilitate the transformation and development of A enterprise.Driven by the optimized and integrated supply chain system,the service efficiency and cost control ability of construction supply chain of enterprise A will be greatly improved,which is also a huge thrust for construction enterprises to improve customer service satisfaction,maintain core competitiveness and market expansion.Through the optimization of supply chain,enterprise A can enhance the mutual trust and stickiness of all stakeholders in the supply chain,establish a fusion trust system of co-creation,sharing and sharing,so that the whole supply chain is closely integrated,so that the enterprise will remain competitive in the future market expansion,and be able to sustain development.This paper studies the value chain and supply chain synergy related information,combs the relationship between value chain and supply chain synergy theory and building materials supply chain,and summarizes the optimization direction of building materials supply chain based on this theory.Through the analysis of the current situation of enterprise A and the current problems of material supply chain,this paper further discusses the internal and external environmental resources capacity of enterprise A and the pain point of chain node demand,to ensure that the optimization direction and actual conformity to achieve good landing results.Finally,based on the theory of value chain and supply chain collaboration,the management optimization solution of A enterprise building materials supply chain is designed,and the expected conclusion is drawn.In this paper,we will combine the reform and development of construction battalions in the past years.In the industry,we choose the construction industry,which has a large change in compliance requirements.We choose A enterprises as the leading,typical and forwardlooking listed companies on the case study object,and combine the Internet and vertical industry transformation background.Therefore,this paper has some innovations in the research perspective.
