As the core component of the UAV system,the flight control system's performance directly determines the performance of the entire UAV system.After functional analysis and introduction of its basic principles,combined with the actual application requirements,the MAW-026 fixed-wing glider with relatively simple control is selected as the research object.The main research objective is to design and develop the flight control system hardware platform based on F28379,for further development.The research drone technology work lays a solid hardware foundation.According to the design principles and requirements of small size,low power consumption,high reliability and good expandability,the modular design scheme is adopted to divide the components of the flight control system into central processing units,sensor modules,transmission positioning modules and functions according to different functions.The steering gear drive module has four large blocks.On this basis,the hardware design of the highly integrated flight control system based on F28379 processor is completed.Secondly,because the power supply voltage of each module is not the same,in order to ensure that other hardware can work normally,the auxiliary circuit design such as power supply circuit and voltage conversion circuit is designed.In addition,the memory has been expanded to complete the design of the storage expansion circuit,which increases the program storage space.Design and implement multi-channel serial communication interface circuit to meet the requirements of digital radio and positioning module interface,and complete the design of other interface circuits to form the basic circuit required for hardware experimental platform debugging.After completing the design of the hardware circuit according to the above scheme,the welding of the factory-made board completed the hardware platform of the small UAV flight control system.Finally,the C driver is used to design the software driver in the CCS v8 environment,and the program download and hardware interface management and driver are completed through the selected ground control station software.The functions of the individual modules of the system are tested one by one using tools such as DC stabilized power supply and oscilloscope.The test results show that the hardware modules of the system can work normally.Then,a connection is established between the hardware platform and the ground control station software through the data line,and the corresponding firmware download is completed to perform joint debugging test on the system.The joint debugging test results show that the system hardware integration effect is good,the whole hardware platform is small in size and low power consumption,achieving the requirements of miniaturization,low power consumption and high integration.
