Due to the high efficiency,high precision and high response of the servo system,with the implementation of China Manufacturing 2025,it has been widely used in the industrial field.The servo control system often uses a field-oriented vector control strategy.The fieldoriented control is adopted to control the motor operation by calculating the torque current component of the rotor phase.If the initial phase error is large or the power line phase sequence is wrong when the servo system is started,the control electric angle is parsed incorrectly,and the decoupling of the direct axis and the cross-axis flux linkage fails.It causes problems such as large starting current of the servo system and motor reversal.Therefore,the in-depth research and analysis of the initial phase detection and power line phase sequence detection technology of PMSM are carried out.Based on the mathematical model of PMSM,the block diagram of the PMSM current control system is established by using the motor control strategy with id=0.On this basis,the current closed-loop locked rotor position control strategy is constructed.And theoretical analysis and simulation tests are carried out to provide theoretical support for initial phase and power line phase sequence detection technology research.Based on vector control with speed sensor,the initial phase detection techniques of absolute encoder and incremental encoder are studied.Aiming at the problem of large initial phase error detection by incremental encoder,an inverse sinusoidal phase approximation and a binary method for initial phase detection are proposed.By comparing and analyzing the rotating voltage vector and the inductance saturation effect phase detection technology of the physical characteristics of the motor,the method of detecting the voltage amplitude of the voltage pulse is proposed for the difficulty of selecting the mean voltage pulse injection amplitude and the motor micro-motion problem during the detection process.Based on the initial phase detection,combined with the motor power line phase sequence error analysis,different power line detection methods are proposed for the difference of the motor encoder,and the power line phase sequence correction is realized.Finally,an experimental platform for PMSM control system is built to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed arcsine approached initial phase,dichotomy initial phase,improved voltage pulse assignment initial phase detection technology and power line phase sequence detection technology.
