At present,the solar array power regulating device on the spacecraft generally adopts the direct energy transmission(DET)method,and this method is no longer applicable as the deep space detection advances.In response to this problem,the power regulator designed in this paper uses maximum power point tracking(MPPT),which can achieve better energy supply for spacecraft in deep space.At the same time,for the problem of parallel control of multiple solar array power conditioners,the master and slave control are often used in spacecraft.This control method relies on communication,which is inconvenient to realize modularization,and when the main module fails,the control will fail.In this paper,the droop control method and the current sharing control based on reference voltage modulation are proposed.These two methods are used to realize the parallel control of multiple modules.Both of these methods are local autonomous control,each module is independent,enabling modular production and integration,facilitating the implementation of redundant control and improving system reliability.This paper mainly studies the design of solar array modular power regulator based on MPPT technology.The main research work includes: building solar array and circuit model on the simulink platform,and implementing MPPT of solar array by disturbance observation method;The output characteristics of the solar array under partial shadow are analyzed and the circuit system model is built on the simulink platform to realize the tracking of the maximum power point under partial shadow conditions.The two working states of the power conditioning module are introduced,and the autonomous switching between states is analyzed.For the problem that the parallel output power of multiple power regulation modules is unbalanced,the droop control method and the current sharing control based on reference voltage modulation are proposed to achieve current sharing,so that the output power of each module is consistent.The hardware circuit design of the modular power regulator and the design of the software control part based on FPGA are introduced.The simulation and experimental verification of the modular power regulator are carried out.Based on the principle analysis and parameter design,the simulation model of modular power regulator is built on the simulink platform,and the simulation analysis is carried out.Based on this,the prototype of modular power conditioner with output power of 300 W and bus voltage of 100 V is completed.The experimental verification was carried out with this prototype.The results show that the tracking accuracy of the MPPT point is about 96%,and the efficiency of the power regulator is 94.6%.
