With the sustained development of national economy, the gradual improvement of urban rail transit network and the improvement of people's living standard, the demand for urban rail transit for passengers traveling in festivals is increasing day by day. There is a situation that the capacity of urban rail transit can't meet the demand of passengers during the peak period of Festival passenger flow. The safety of operation and management of urban rail transit and passenger trip efficiency is difficult to be effectively guaranteed.Matching and controlling the transport capacity of urban rail transit lines with passenger demand is an effective measure to ensure the safety of urban rail transit operation and passenger trip efficiency.Firstly, based on the passenger flow data of Xi'an urban rail transit, this paper analyzed its Festival passenger flow characteristics.By analyzing the definition and classification of large passenger flow, this paper made clear that the research object of this paper was festival large passenger flow;determined the research index of festival passenger flow characteristics;based on the festival passenger flow data of Xi'an urban rail transit, used the research index of festival passenger flow characteristics to analyze the festival passenger flow of Xi'an urban rail transit from three dimensions: network passenger flow characteristics, line passenger flow characteristics and station passenger flow characteristics;provided a basis for short-term passenger flow forecasting and collaborative flow-limiting model.Secondly, the paper predicted the short-term inbound and outbound, transfer and cross-section passenger flow of Xi'an Metro Line 2.Based on the analysis and summary of the types, advantages, disadvantages and applicable conditions of short-term passenger flow forecasting methods at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of the Festival passenger flow of Xi'an Metro Line 2,appropriate short-term passenger flow forecasting method was selected to forecast the short-term passenger flow in and out of the stations, transfer and cross-section of Xi'an Metro Line 2,which provided data support for the festival collaborative flow-limiting model.Thirdly, this paper constructed a collaborative flow-limiting model for urban rail transit which was suitable for festivals.Considering from the line level and the service of each station in the rail transit line as a whole,a multi-station in single-line dynamic system of urban rail transit was constructed. The problem of passenger flow cooperative control was analyzed from the definition, influencing factors, principles and methods of passenger flow cooperative control of multi-station in single-line for urban rail transit, and the touch control index for calculating the festival cooperative flow limit of multi-station in single-line for urban rail transit was constructed.Taking the maximum passenger flow and the least delay passengers as objective functions, the collaborative flow-limiting model considering the constraints of platform capacity and transmission capacity of line section and other conditions was proposed. Finally, taking Xi'an Urban Rail Transit Line 2 as an example, this paper used the short-term passenger flow prediction results and the collaborative flow-limiting model to obtain the collaborative flow-limiting results, and compared the total inbound passenger flow, the total delay passenger flow and the boarding proportional equilibrium coefficient of each flow-limiting station under the collaborative flow-limiting strategy with that under the uncooperative flow-limiting strategy to verify the practicability of the model.
