In this experiment, vegetable wastes and pig manure were used as fermentation raw materials. The effects of different adsorbents and their different addition ratios,as well as different mixing ratios on anaerobic fermentation gas production, methane content, volatile fatty acids and dehydrogenase were studied.Firstly, the orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels was carried out under the condition of 30% inoculum and 8% TS.Secondly, the fermentation experiment of different mixing proportion was carried out through comprehensive combination experiment in order to provide technical support for the harmless, reduction and resource treatment of livestock and poultry manure and vegetable waste. The main conclusions obtained from the above experiments are as follows:(1)In the orthogonal experiment of fermentation of vegetable waste and pig manure with different adsorbents,In terms of gas production characteristics, for biogas production, the order of influencing factors is: fermentation raw materials > adsorbent types > adsorbent addition ratio. The optimum combination of vegetable waste and pig manure was 1:1 mixing and adding 1.25% gelatin at 35?.Fermentation raw materials, adsorbent types have a very significant impact on the total amount of biogas production, while the proportion of adsorbent addition has no significant impact on the total amount of biogas production. For methane production, the optimum combination is 1:1 mixture of vegetable waste and pig manure at 35?,and 1.25% gelatin is the best.Fermentation raw materials, adsorbent types and the proportion of adsorbent added have significant effects on the average methane production. In terms of volatile fatty acids and dehydrogenase, the order of influencing factors is: fermentation raw materials > adsorbent types > adsorbent addition ratio. For volatile fatty acids, the optimal combination is 1:1 mixture of vegetable waste and pig manure at 35?,1.25% gelatin, and 2.25% gelatin for dehydrogenase.Volatile fatty acids were significantly correlated with total biogas production.Fermentation raw materials, types of adsorbents and the proportion of adsorbents all have significant effects on the total amount of dehydrogenase. The total dehydrogenase activity was significantly correlated with the total methane production.(2)In the comprehensive combined fermentation of vegetable waste and pig manure by gelatin,In terms of gas production characteristics, for the total amount of biogas production, the ratio of raw materials and gelatin addition has a significant impact on the total amount of biogas production. For methanogenic content, the ratio of raw materials and gelatin addition have significant effects on the average methanogenic content. In terms of volatile fatty acids and dehydrogenase,When the average methanogenic content was 35 ?,the mixed fermentation of pig manure and vegetable waste was 2:1,and the treatment with 1.25% gelatin was the highest. The ratio of raw materials has a significant effect on the total amount of volatile fatty acids, and the ratio of gelatin has a significant effect on the total amount of volatile fatty acids, while the opposite is true for dehydrogenase.Volatile fatty acids were significantly correlated with total biogas production, and total methane production was significantly correlated with total dehydrogenase.
