Clean air is the most important for human to survive.As the fog and haze weather has become a daily one right here in large part of China,the state environmental protection issues more seriously.The fog comes mainly from coal burning and car exhaust,and the emissions caused by low combustion efficiency of coal burning contains a large number of fog and haze.Therefore,reducing the coal burning or emissions contribute to the improvement of haze weather.Before find ing the right new energy,coal burning capacity must keep up with the needs of the development,so reducing the emissions is urgent to be solved to improve the environment in the present.As plenty of coal burning from the boiler combustion and measured in the experiment,the proper way are improving the boiler combustion efficiency and reducing emissions.With the respond to the demand of the national energy conservation,studying how to improve the boiler combustion efficiency and reduce emissions has important practical significance.Modeling accurate boiler combustion model is the basis of the research on the boiler.The boiler complex structure and variable factors lead to the complex of the boiler combustion model.In this paper,the method of Least Squares-Support Vector Machine(LS-SVM)is applied to model boiler combustion,and further study of the influence of the parameters on the modeling results.Compared with the traditional neural network model,the LS-SVM is faster and higher accuracy.We can improve boiler combustion by adjusting the operation parameters,so according to the mathematical model of boiler combustion,Genetic Algorithm(GA),Improved Genetic Algorithm(IGA),Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO),Particle Swarm Optimization-Improved Genetic Algorithm(PSO-IGA)are applied in two parts of the single objective optimization and multi-objective optimization.Experiments show that the PSO-IGA,with faster convergence time and better optimization effect,is best way to improve the boiler combustion efficiency and reduce emissions.Finally,we build boiler combustion optimization system using GUI and it can achieve the combustion optimization.
