There are many hydrofoil structures on ships and marine engineering.With the developing of modern ships gradually towards to high-s peed,the safety of the hydrofoils started to attract attention,the hydrofoil can be seen as an elastomer in the flow field,it will produce vibration under the action of flow field force,and vibration not only affects the safety of the structure,but also produces noise.To solve the problem of flow induced vibration and noise of hydrofoil,the URANS method was used to numerically calculate the flow-induced vibration and acoustic radiation of a three-dimensional rigid hydrofoil with two degrees of freedom.The vibration of a three-dimensional rigid hydrofoil is realized by solving the equation of motion of a rigid body,the flow field was calculated using the k-? SST turbulence model in Fluent,the equation of motion is solved in the UDF,and using UDF to control data exchange.This paper calculated the influence of mass moment and mass moment of inertia on the vibration and the critical state of vibration,and also calculated the acoustic radiation problem under different vibration state.Then,the flow-induced vibration and noise of the submarine enclosure shell rudder were calculated using the fluid-solid coupling method,the results show: when the frequency of vortex shedding is consistent with the elastic constraint frequency of the rudder,the rudder will resonate;when the vibration amplitude is small,the hydrofoil's vibration will not affect the vortex shedding frequency.Finally,this paper calculated the problem of the flow-induced noise of the submarine enclosure shell rudder,the flow-induced noise is mainly concentrated on the vibration frequency of the rudder,when the vortex shedding frequency is consistent with the elastic constraint frequency of the rudder,and the flow induced noise increases greatly.
