| With the rise of new energy vehicles and the development of the NVH industry,the status of engine noise and body-related noise research has declined.At this time,the research value of tire road noise has become increasingly apparent.In recent years,the Chinese auto market has become increasingly popular in the global passenger car market.Therefore,many domestic and foreign auto companies have begun to focus their research and development on the research of passenger cars suitable for Chinese driving.In 2015,SAIC-Volkswagen Acoustics Center conducted a study on the noise complaining rate report of Chinese passenger car users,and found three typical complex roads with relatively high tire noise complaining rate.They are cement grooved road surface,rubber speed bump pavement and rough asphalt pavement.In order to conduct in-depth studies on it,the Acoustics Center established the NVH test tracks for these three road models.To match the research needs of companies,this topic relies on these three kinds of complex test roads and studies tire vibration noise on three kinds of road surfaces.The main research work is as follows:A multi-source monopole noise model based on Hayden model is proposed;a finite element model of tire tread impact vibration noise is established.According to the superposition principle,the total tire noise on the grooved road surface is obtained by superimposing pumping noise and tire vibration noise.The near-field sound point measuring point noise test was designed,and the test noise and simulated noise results of the cement grooved road were compared.The comparison results showed the validity and practicability of the above model.Based on the dimension parameters of the trapezoidal rubber speed bump,a four-degree-of-freedom semi-vehicle model of the vehicle is established;the relevant test system of the rubber speed bump test is established,and multiple measurement points are arranged to test the acceleration response of the vehicle body and wheel.According to actual vehicle test results and numerical simulation results,the validity of the four-degree-of-freedom half-car model is verified.A four-wheel-drive drum tire noise test on rough asphalt pavement was designed.The test covered the inside and outside measuring points in a comprehensive way.The matching degree between the four-wheel drive drum test and the outdoor test track test results was studied.Based on that,the indoor test conditions for replacing the outdoor test were found,reducing the dependence on the environment,improving the accuracy and safety of the repeated test,and reducing the test cost.In this paper,by studying the noise characteristics of the above-mentioned complex road tires,it can provide reference for improving the tire noise of passenger cars under typical road conditions in China. |
