With the rapid development of national economy and the continuous improvement of modernization,chemical products are widely used by humans.However,due to its inherent dangerous characteristics,it can bring some harm to human beings in the process of production,using,treatment,storage and transportation.The occurrence of several accidents is due to the lack of knowledge about the autoignition characteristics of flammable materials.Therefore,it is very important to study and test the autoignition point of dangerous chemicals and to avoid unnecessary accidents.At present,the detection methods of autoignition point for liquids and gases are relatively backward,and the artificial detection has also been unable to meet the requirements of the identification of dangerous chemicals.Moreover,although a small number of enterprises domestically and overseas produce similar equipments,most of them are poorly structured,rough and expensive.Therefore,as the institution for safe transport of chemical goods,it is necessary to research and develop the instruments which meet the standards of the United Nations and are suitable for the operation of front-line technicians.According to the introduction of detection method of autoignition temperature for liquid chemicals in ASTM E659-78(2005)by American Society for Testing and Materials,this paper has a further study of the parameters and structure diagrams of GB/T 5332-2007 Merhod of test for ignition temperature of flammable liquids and gases and GB/T 21860-2008 Liquid chemicals——Test method for the autoignition temperature.The tester we developed can meet the relevant requirements of tester both in GB/T 5332-2007 and GB/T 21860-2008,and can also determine the autoignition temperature for liquids and gases accurately.Combined with the actual testing situation,this paper designs the heating system,accuracy of temperature control and measurement,sampling system,observation method and control software respectively,and focuses on the temperature detection and temperature control method.The test procress has a high degree of automated detection,including automatic injection,control,measurement,data export and other functions.After completing the design part of the whole system,we assembled and debugged the equipment modules,then we did the sample test,data analysis and the evaluation of uncertainty of the gas and liquid samples respectively.The tester was taken advantage of technology and a high level of automation and reliable safety performance was given.On the premise of accuracy and reliability of the testing results,we can reduce the cost of equipment,so that we can fill the blank of domestic equipment in this field,reach or even surpass the relevant technical performance of the imported equipment.
