| At present,China’s general aviation companies generally have poor management,low efficiency and difficult profitability.As far as the current situation is concerned,the solution to the operational problems faced by the navigation company should start from two aspects: one is to reorganize its own business model,and the other is to propose a corresponding overall plan that can improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.As one of the representatives,A Navigation Company has also faced an unfavorable situation in which the operating efficiency has continued to decline in the development in recent years.The reason for the poor operation of A navigation company is that there is a problem with the business model of A navigation company.Therefore,for A navigation company,the optimization of business model is urgent.This paper chooses A navigation company as an example.Based on literature review and theoretical study,it combines the six-factor theory of business model with the current business model of A-compass company to diagnose the main problems of the business model of A-compass company,and then combine it at home and abroad.The experience of General Aviation’s business model and the internal and external business environment of A-Airline Company give suggestions for the optimization of A’s business model,hoping to help A-compass company to continuously improve its business model and promote its better development.Specifically,the first chapter of this paper is an introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,ideas and methods,domestic and international research summaries,research innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical foundations,mainly The concepts and theories of general aviation and business models are analyzed,including the six-element theory of business models.The third chapter is the current business model of A-compass company.Based on the analysis of internal resource conditions,the six elements of business model are combined.The status quo of business model is analyzed from six aspects: positioning,business system,profit model,key resource capability,cash flow structure and enterprise value.The fourth chapter analyzes the business model of A navigation company based on the six-element theory.The fifth chapter is navigation to A.The company’s business environment was analyzed,mainly using PEST and five-force model for analysis,and summarized from four aspects: “day”,“land”,“person” and “machine”;the sixth chapter is the business of A navigation company.The optimization of the model,based on the experience of drawing on the business model of excellent navigation companies at home and abroad,combined with the six-element theory,The problem was optimized,and the focus was on the three aspects of positioning,business system and profit model.Then,the optimized business model was compared and evaluated,and the safeguard measures were given.The seventh chapter summarizes the full text and puts forward The direction of future research.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The problems of the business model of A navigation company,including the positioning is not accurate enough,the segmentation market is fuzzy;the business system expansion is lagging,the main business added value is low;the operating cost is high,the operation benefit Low;competition homogenization tends to be obvious,innovation is insufficient;cash flow is unstable;enterprise value needs further exploration.(2)Analysis of the external business model environment of A navigation company shows that the general aviation supervision continues to be liberalized,the airport is increasing,the current number of teachers is small,and the model is continuously improved.The impact on the A navigation company has advantages and disadvantages.(3)A navigation company needs to optimize the business model from six aspects: positioning,business system,profit model,key resource capacity,cash flow structure and enterprise value. |
