The folding wing technical is to maximize the transportation efficiency of the aircraft by reducing the lateral size,which is convenient for transportation and launch.It has been widely used in the case of box/cylinder missile launching,and the transporting aircraft carriers,drones and so on.With the advancement of aircraft technology in the future,when the span of single folding wing is large,the folded airfoil cannot meet the dimensional requirements of transportation during transportation.In this case,the airfoil needs to be folded multiple times to reduce lateral dimensions,so the study of multifolded wings is particularly important.In this paper,three technical schemes of multi-folding wing structure are proposed.The structural scheme design,multi-body dynamics simulation structural dynamic characteristics analysis and structural static strength analysis are carried out.The specific research contents include:Firstly,based on three different sources of action,the corresponding structural technical solutions are proposed.The different deployment sequences,operating mechanism schemes and driving schemes of multi-folding wings are discussed.Three technical schemes of multi-folding wing structures are proposed separately: tie rod type,drawstring type and rocket type.The three different deployment schemes were structurally designed,and corresponding deployment methods were proposed.The advantages and disadvantages of the three different deployment schemes were analyzed.Then,multi-body dynamics simulation analysis of folding wing deployment process under three different deployment schemes is carried out.Based on ADAMS platform,three kinds of folding wing dynamic simulation models are established,and the corresponding unfolding performance parameters of folding wing are obtained.By analyzing and comparing the performance parameters of three folding wing deployment schemes,the three deployment schemes are analyzed and evaluated,which provides a theoretical reference for the further study of folding wing.Finally,based on MSC.Patran platform,the structural finite element model of folding wing is established.The structural dynamics,aeroelastic characteristics and static strength of multi-folding wing structure are analyzed by MSC.Nastran software,which verifies the feasibility of the three deployment schemes.
