Research On Evacuation Safety Of Daqing Wanda Plaza

In recent years,the development of the large-scale commercial complex is rapid in China,and it rapid rise in the cities,but at the same time also brought some challenges to fire safety evacuation.The character of the complex is more complex for the large commercial buildings.There are many factors affect the safety of large commercial buildings,such as the space,the rich variety,the fire load and so on.Moreover,More actual fire cases show that the building fire protection management does not reach the designated position and often will fire hazard expansion exaggerated.Because it is closely related to the balance of interests between the urban residents and designers from the development to operations in these kinds of buidings,there are some cracks on the management and oversight.At the same time,it also become a fire evacuation danger under the reason of traffic is more concentrated in the large commercial buildings.There are many special requirements for the large commercial buildings in architectural design,the urban planning,the structure and so on.It is the result of a variety of professional influence each other,rather than a single one of the professional specialized in building fire protection design.At present,the works which need more technical are in charg of the architects,other professional assistance,the shortcoming lacks of systemic and integrity in fire prevention and it cannot achieve the ideal effect of fire safety.Today,the large commercial buildings have made great progress and development on the form and function of the buildings.Under new construction technology,it brings new challenges with new materials and new structure of the application to building fire prevention design,the traditional fire safety design can’t meet the requirements.In this paper,it elaborates the fire cases of domestic and foreign large-scale commercial complex and a detailed analysis of the cause from the own characteristic of large commercial complex.Used in the field of architecture and behavioral psychology,fire security related knowledge,the fire safety performance of daqing wanda commercial complex has carried on the research and analysis,summed up the daqing wanda plaza,the fire protection design emphasis and difficulty of the problems.Through my work experience,the function and spatial characteristics of daqing wanda plaza is analyzed,from the design in the process of review the evacuation design problems and the insufficiency.Finally aimed at these problems put forward some fire prevention strategies and methods.Divided into reasonable fire partition,the introduction of "the zone" and independent fire prevention units advanced concepts,in the safe evacuation design of daqing wanda commercial plaza set new alarm and fire fighting system,set up efficient smoke control system and set up evacuation indicator system of easy to identify.For fire safety design of daqing wanda plaza has carried on the quantitative analysis,in the fire compartmentation,evacuation width,the respect such as travel distance on the reasonable design,so as to ensure that an effective safety measures.
