In recent years,the integrate fuel tank is employed by domestic aircraft designers instead of the wing built-in soft fuel tank,which improve the aircraft's fuel load significantly and provide a guarantee for the long flight.However,at present,domestic institutions lack the whole and systematic approach on the preparation mode and preparation process of sulfur sealant,furthermore,there is no qualitative and quantitative evaluation on the influence of preparation mode on the characteristics of sealant,the vulcanization speed under different preparation environment and the compatibility between different grades of sealants.Therefore,it is of great theoretical guiding significance and engineering application value to study the sealing performance of sealants under different preparation modes and the vulcanization rate under different preparation environment,to carry out the test of sealant compatibility for repair,and to carry out the fine design of the preparation process.The research contents of this paper mainly include:Expounding the development of sealant and the present situation of sealant construction technology emphatically,explaining the importance of the sealing of wing fuel tank and designing the test scheme of sealing influence factors.This paper compares and analyzes the influence of different preparation methods on the performance of sealant under the form of plastic barrel sleeve and two-component single package and finds that the effect of manual preparation on the process performance of sealant is relatively large,and the mechanical properties are also lower than that of mechanical preparation.The active period and vulcanization characteristics of sealant under different preparation environment are also studied,and the results show that the active period of HM113B-2,HM113B-4and HM116C-8 under high humidity and high temperature is shorter than that under low temperature and low humidity.Meanwhile,under low humidity condition,temperature has a relatively large influence role on the affect the active period compare with the high humidity.However,the sealant shows a good vulcanization state in different preparation environments.Meanwhile,the compatibility of PR1776 m B-2,P/S890B-1/2,HM122 B-1/6,PR1782 B-24 commonly used for repair sealants with the aircraft's overall fuel tank sealant xm-22 b,HM109-1,PR1422 b were studied and result shows that HM122 B-1/6(domestic),PR1776 M B-2(imported),PR1782 B-2(imported)are the optional sealant for rapid repair.A fine construction scheme is worked out regarding the construction under different structure of wing;a series of sealant coating tools with different shapes were designed in order to reduce the sealant loss,improve the production efficiency;a new sealing cap seal process is put forward to ensure the sealing quality of the wing.
