Gear dynamic contact and dynamic response have a major impact on system performance and reliability.At present,the research on gear dynamic contact mostly stays at the gear level,and does not go deep into the gear tooth level to study and analyze the contact between the tooth profiles.Considering the dynamic contact between the tooth profiles,and based on the dynamic response of the planetary gear train and the compound gear transmission system,the dynamic characteristics of the system can be more realistically reflected.Therefore,this paper studies the dynamic contact of the involute profile,and on this basis,the secondary development of the contact algorithm and the integration and dynamic response simulation analysis of the composite gear transmission system.Based on the definition of the involute,the parameter equation of the involute profile curve is established.According to the connection between the two points on the pair of tooth profiles and the geometric relationship between the normal and the vector at two points,the two tooth profiles are judged.The minimum distance point of the curve and whether the two teeth are in contact,thereby deriving the conditions of the contact.According to the above mathematical principle,the tooth profile contact judgment algorithm is designed,and the calculation method of normal contact force and friction force in contact is given,and nonlinear factors such as time-varying mesh stiffness,hysteresis damping and gear backlash are introduced in the contact.According to the type of meshing in the wheel train,the integration of the tooth profile-mechanical gear pair-transmission system is completed,the composite drive system is divided into multiple meshing gear pairs,and the design is suitable for the meshing area calculation and meshing gear teeth of various mesh types.Positioning algorithm;compile,compile and link user subroutine,complete secondary development of contact judgment,contact force calculation,meshing area calculation,meshing tooth positioning and other programs.The comparison between the contact algorithm after secondary development and the original contact algorithm simulation results of Adams software verifies the rationality and advancement of the contact algorithm after secondary development;and exercises the various wheel trains in the integrated composite gear transmission system.Verification of the accuracy of the model and the preliminary dynamic response simulation analysis;simulation analysis of the dynamic response of the complete composite gear transmission system and study of the influence of the nonlinear factors of the flank clearance and damping ratio on the dynamic response..
