The efficient operation of port freight terminal can not be separated from the coordination of various components.Determining the location distribution of freight vehicles can greatly improve the freight efficiency and economic benefits of the station.This paper mainly studies and designs a vehicle position perception system.Through multi-section monitoring and road-stud-side/server-side algorithm,it realizes the omni-directional vehicle perception of the station.Compared with the traditional vehicle position sensing method,the system can achieve zero workload at the vehicle end without any equipment at the vehicle end.This paper designs and completes the whole vehicle perception system,and designs the hardware and software of the system.The hardware design aims at the Internet of Things Road Studs,including power management unit design,microcontroller unit design,solar charging unit design,narrowband Internet of Things(NB-IOT)communication unit design and geomagnetic sensor unit design,including selection and circuit design.In terms of software,the running program of the roadstud side is designed and completed,which can realize data acquisition,analysis and upload under the condition of low power consumption.This paper focuses on the program of low power consumption and data transmission function.In order to achieve accurate vehicle position perception,this paper proposes a road-stud-side/server-side algorithm.The road-stud side uses a state machine discriminant algorithm with adaptive base values,and the server side uses a data fusion discriminant strategy.Before formulating the appropriate algorithm,this paper collects and studies the original geomagnetic data,analyses the characteristics of geomagnetic signals in the port site,determines the optimal sampling rate of geomagnetic road studs,clarifies the relationship between the distance between the vehicle nails and the magnetic field intensity,and prepares for the research of the algorithm on the road-stud side/server side.The road-stud-side/server-side algorithm improves the detection accuracy and has better flexibility through comprehensive judgment on both sides.The adaptive base value of the road-stud-side algorithm can make the algorithm have better environmental adaptability,and the introduction of state machine can enhance the robustness of the algorithm.The server-side algorithm fuses the data sent by the road stud side to correct the suspicious data,eliminate the redundant data and improve the detection accuracy.The performance of the whole vehicle position sensing system,including hardware and software,and the effectiveness of the road-stud-side/server-side algorithm are tested.The actual test proves that the system can operate reliably and meet the actual requirements of the port yard.
