As society's demand for energy development and environmental protection continues to increase,CSP and new molten salt nuclear reactor technologies continue to evolve.As a key heat storage medium,the thermal properties of molten salt are crucial.The spectral radiation characteristics of molten salts are key parameters in the utilization of molten salts.In this study,the experimental study of liquid translucent working fluid was carried out by double thickness transmission method.Considering that the traditional liquid translucent medium measurement experiment requires a window package,multiple reflections and refractions between the windows are important factors affecting the measurement accuracy.Therefore,this research innovatively designed and built a measuring device to remove the window structure by letting the liquid translucent medium spray through the slit and maintain the state of the film,allowing the optical path to directly transmit it.The liquid film radiation characteristic inversion model based on the double thickness method is greatly simplified compared to the window structure.The inversion procedure of the single-layer medium double thickness method was written and verified by the water property parameters.The applicable range of the double thickness method inversion model was also analyzed.Finally,the transmittance measurement error and the liquid film thickness error were obtained.Impact.The transmission liquid film experimental device was designed and built,and the morphological analysis model of the liquid film and the relationship between the liquid film thickness d and the exit distance y were established.The thickness unevenness caused by the shrinkage of the liquid film due to gravity acceleration was analyzed.influences.Finally,the effects of liquid viscosity,rectangular tube exit thickness measurement error,optical path position measurement error and flow rate measurement error on liquid film thickness were analyzed.Based on the theoretical analysis,the electric heating system,pipeline system,thermal insulation and temperature control system,optical path system and other parts were designed.The experimental device was used to measure the transmission of water.Compared with the reference data,the refractive index error is within the acceptable range,limited by the thickness range of the liquid film,and the absorption index has a large error in the extremely weak absorption band,and the accuracy in the near-infrared region.Significantly improved.Finally,the transmission measurements of two typical nitrate salts of Hitec salt and Solar salt in different wavelengths from 500 nm to 1050 nm were completed,and the radiation characteristics parameters were obtained,which provided a reference for practical engineering applications.In this paper,a new method and device for measuring the spectral radiation characteristics of liquid translucent materials is proposed.The two kinds of nitrate molten salts are measured by transmission,and the spectral characteristics of the spectral characteristics are obtained by inversion.
