In recent years,two-dimensional materials have attracted widespread attention due to their unique electromagnetic properties.Monolayer molybdenum disulfide is representative of transition metal dichalcogenides and is another popular two-dimensional material after graphene. Its semiconductor properties and strong spin-orbit coupling make it unique in electrical, optical and valley properties, and it has broad application potential in the field of optoelectronics.Based on these, this paper uses the rigorous coupled wave analysis and the transfer matrix to study the optical absorption enhancemnet of monolayer molybdenum disulfide, and preliminary studies the spin Hall effect of light of monolayer molybdenum disulfide. The main research subjects of this paper are as follows:First,a hybrid structure based on monolayer molybdenum disulfide, dielectric grating and dielectric one-dimensional photonic crystal was designed. The results show that the hybrid structure achieves two perfect absorption peaks and one optical absorption peak of 95%.In addition, the positions of absorption peaks can be adjusted by changing the geometrical parameters of the hybrid structure. This is of great significance for the application of monolayer molybdenum disulfide materials in optical absorbers.Secondly, the feasibility of using only one-dimensional photonic crystal to enhance the optical absorption of monolayer molybdenum disulfide is discussed. The results show that the optical absorption of the multilayer structure can reach 90% by designing the geometric parameters of the one-dimensional photonic crystal structure. This simplified structure will be more advantageous for its experimental implementation. Finally, monolayer molybdenum disulfide's spin Hall effect of light enhanced by one-dimensional photonic crystal was preliminarily studied. The results show that the multilayer structure with onedimensional photonic crystal can effectively enhance monolayer molybdenum disulfide's spin Hall effect of light. In addition, the affect of the variation of the geometric parameters of the multilayer structure on spin Hall effect of light is also discussed.
