"Simulation Based Acquisition" is also named virtual acquisition,which is a new acquisition concept gradually recognized by the United States Department of Defense in recent years.This is the general trend of the development of virtualization and integration of acquisition of modern weapon systems.Agents are intelligent,autonomous and interactive.Modeling and simulation method based on multi-agent is a new kind of method,which can simplify complex systems into independent subsystems to solve.This paper constructs a virtual acquisition modeling and simulation software system based on multi-agent which combines system integration with software and hardware development.It can effectively save the cost and shorten the acquisition cycle.Firstly,this paper studies the serial acquisition process of traditional weapon systems,and proposes a virtual acquisition process and architecture suitable for domestic weapons and equipment acquisition on the basis of concurrent engineering principle.Secondly,this paper studies the related theories and key technologies of agent modeling and simulation and virtual acquisition.Then,this papers designs the software of virtual acquisition system based on multi-agent modeling and simulation in details such as database module,engineering management module,simulation control and debugging module,data recording module,analysis and optimization module and so on.The design process of each module is given in the form of flow chart.Finally,this paper demonstrates the functions of the virtual acquisition modeling and simulation software system base on multi-agent,including the use of model base,engineering management,simulation and debugging functions and so on.The system models the actual acquisition demand,simulates the acquisition demand parameters and risk events several times,and improves the acquisition parameters through optimization algorithm to obtain optimal results.The results show out that the system can complete the actual virtual acquisition and provide a new solution for weapon acquisition.
