High enthalpy difference evaporation cooling water cooling condenser is a kind of high efficiency cooling heat exchanger which divides heat transfer into sensible heat exchange area and latent heat exchange area.In the latent heat exchange area,the water in the condenser is heated with the saturated refrigerant steam in the coil,the water is heated,and the refrigerant steam is liquefied.In the sensible heat exchange area,the heat transfer difference in the lower half of the condenser is caused by the non-flow of the submerged heat exchange water.Therefore,it is necessary to study in depth that the water flow is enhanced in the lower half by the difference in water level.The geometric model of the lower part of the evaporative cooling water condenser with large enthalpy difference is constructed by simplifying and assuming the actual object.Then,fluent software was used to calculate the heat transfer process between the refrigerant in the coil and the water in the pool,and the effect of various factors on the latent heat exchange capacity of this part under different working conditions was simulated.The results show that:Under the given conditions in this paper,it is concluded that in the low-speed mixed flow cooling condenser,the heat transfer pipe fork energy is increased by 0.9% than that in the direct discharge,the approximate optimal pipe diameter is 0.017 m,the size of coil pipe from the inlet is 0.0614 m,the height of pool is 0.6651 m,the spacing of pipe is 0.0217 m,and the maximum heat transfer is 6172.45 w.At the same time,with the same mass flow and total import and export area,the heat exchange rate increases linearly with the increase of the number of imports and exports,and the increase of the number of imports and exports can greatly improve the heat transfer.In the case of a certain mass flow rate,the heat transfer can be enhanced by increasing the micro-disturbance by reducing the inlet and outlet area,and the minimum outlet size can be determined to be 8.15cm2 under the given conditions in this paper according to the thin-walled pore outflow problem.
