With the increasing demand of communication, large number of wireless and mobile communication services supported by available spectrum resources in the IoV face many challenges. In addition, the rapid movement of vehicles in urban environments and the underutilization of available resources can lead to a quality decline of the IoV communication links. Thus, how to improve the utilization of spectrum resources and the quality of IoV communication are urgent problem need to be solved in IoV.Moreover,IoV communication transmitted data contains rich and valuable information, which are exploited and fully utilized the information can bring significant benefits for networked communications. Therefore, regarding the data correlation, vehicle distance and signal-to-noise ratio from the IoV as the starting point, thesis will focuse on the cluster-based network communication architecture and vehicle communication mode scheduling problem. This thesis proposes an IoV communication algorithm(DCVC)based on vehicle clustering of transmitted data correlation. The algorithm analyzes the correlation of transmitted data between vehicles and between clusters through PCA,CCA and Kullback-Leibler divergence(KL-Divergence),then divides vehicles with high correlation of transmitted data into one cluster for resource sharing. The algorithm performs network clustering by minimizing transmitted data correlation and network data sharing. Then, this thesis proposes a network communication algorithm(CSMC)to improve network stability.CSMC adjusts the network architecture based on the clustering results of the above DCVC algorithm, the transmitted data correlation and vehicle distance. The network architecture adjusted by CSMC has high stability. The simulation experiment results show that the proposed algorithm has better performance in terms of network stability, average end-to-end communication delay and packet loss rate. This thesis proposes a multi-layer clustering communication framework(MCSIC)based on satellite-terrestrial integrated communication in the IoV.The mobile base station and the terminal in the network over the communication link will be able to perform stable communication under conditions of maximum transmission opportunity and minimum adjacent communication interference.MCSIC divides the network architecture into four layers according to the effect of data correlation,signal-to-noise ratio and distance factor under different conditions.Based on this,a vehicle communication scheduling algorithm is proposed. This scheduling algorithm combines the communication state vector and the he comprehensive correlation of each level. The simulation experiment evaluates the MCSIC in terms of spectrum utilization, average spectrum latency, packet loss rate and modularity. The three algorithms proposed in this thesis are based on the network communication model of transmitted data-driven clustering. The DCVC algorithm and the CSMC algorithm are cluster-based network resource scheduling minimization models, and MCSIC is a clusterbased network communication scheduling model.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm in different performance.
