With the continuous advancement of industrial modernization,the research on air-conditioning systems has gradually increased,especially since the rapid development of the economy since the beginning of the new century.Various smart buildings have sprung up,and the frequency and use time of various types of air-conditioning systems have also been used.Increasingly,the consumption of energy is getting more and more attention.The variable air volume air conditioning technology can reduce the energy consumption by adjusting the fan speed at any time according to the load change.However,the variable air volume air conditioning control system is a nonlinear,multivariable,and strongly coupled control system that is subject to interference from other factors during actual system operation.Therefore,adaptive decoupling control technology is used to eliminate system interference and coupling.phenomenon.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the composition and working principle of the variable air volume air conditioning system,several loops typical of the coupling phenomenon are selected for analysis,and then the data is collected by the system identification method to establish a mathematical model between the coupled objects;(2)Analyze and compare the decoupling methods to realize the decoupling realization process of the coupled system.Select the feedforward compensation method to decouple the coupled system and eliminate the coupling phenomenon between several circuits.At the same time,according to the characteristics of traditional PID controller,combined with the advantages of particle swarm optimization,a PID adaptive controller based on particle swarm optimization is designed.(3)Perform MATLAB simulation on the control system,compare and verify the effectiveness of the PID adaptive controller and decoupling control scheme designed,and analyze the results;(4)According to the overall design scheme of the control system,select the hardware equipment and related software,design and draw the drawings,select the relevant point table,write the PLC program,and finally develop the host computer system.
