Conveyors are widely used in the field of mechanical engineering to provide material handling for a variety of applications.At present,the requirements of conveyor systems quality and work efficiency are getting higher and higher,so it has certain engineering application value to conduct in-depth research on conveyor systems.In this paper,through the construction of the conveyor simulation experiment platform,the actual measurement data of the main components of the transmission system are collected,and the online monitoring and fault diagnosis technology research is carried out,which mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Establishment of time-frequency domain analysis model of the signalAfter collecting the data of rolling bearings and gearbox,the ARMA model of the data is built by EViews software.Firstly,ADF stability is validated to determine whether the time series is stable;secondly,order p,q and coefficient of ARMA model are determined;then the optimal ARMA model is obtained by diagnosing AIC information value of the model;finally the model is validated by adaptability test to judge the validity of the model and fault diagnosis of bearing and gearbox.(2)Fault diagnosis of bearingsThe bearing fault diagnosis signal is decomposed into different frequency bands by the method of wavelet decomposition.The fault type is determined by comparing with the bearing fault frequency.The fault type determined by the vibration signal is further verified by the time domain and frequency domain analysis of the sound signal.(3)Fault diagnosis of gearboxThe acoustic emission signal of the gearbox is analyzed through time domain,frequency domain waveform and power spectrum function,and the diagnosis signal of the gearbox is decomposed into different frequency bands by wavelet decomposition to extract the fault frequency,and then the fault type can be determined by comparing with the gear fault frequency.The fault types determined by AE signals are further validated by analyzing the time domain and frequency domain of acoustic signals.The vibration signal,noise signal and acoustic emission signal of the bearing and the gearbox are analyzed.The validity of the multi-sensor data analysis method is verified.The established signal analysis model is also applicable to the basic monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of other transmission systems.
