The manufacturing industry provides continuous impetus for the development of the country and is a powerful guarantee for the development of the country.However,the core hardware of the manufacturing industry is the motor,and the core technology is the drive technology.Compared with other motors,due to the abundant rare earth resources in China,coupled with the low quality of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and good control effect,it has become the first choice for the manufacturing industry.The development of drive technology has experienced several wave tides,from Voltage regulation and frequency conversion control,vector control to direct torque control.Since direct torque control is direct control of torque,no complicated coordinate conversion is required,which makes the control simple.The advantages of fast speed and torque response are outstanding.However,there are problems such as torque,flux linkage fluctuation and low robustness.This paper studies these problems.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the direct torque control system uses double closed loop control,and the inner loop uses the output reference voltage vector.This method has the problem of low output voltage accuracy.A fractional non-singular terminal slip is proposed for this problem.Modular control replaces the reference voltage vector control.It is proved by simulation that this method can effectively reduce the fluctuation of torque and flux linkage and improve the dynamic and static performance of the system.Secondly,the speed loop of the direct torque control is controlled.The problem of this method is that the given speed cannot be reached within a limited time and the direct torque control itself has a problem of large flux linkage and torque fluctuation.The problem is to propose a fuzzy terminal sliding mode controller to replace the controller and verify the effectiveness of the method through simulation.Finally,on the core experimental platform,the hardware including the power circuit,the drive circuit,the sampling circuit,etc..In the developmentenvironment of CCS3.3,the software design of the speed control and the SVPWM etc.Using the fuzzy terminal sliding mode controller designed in this paper replaces the traditional The speed controller and verify the validity on the experimental platform.
