Research On Performance Evaluation Of Jianghuai Automobile Based On EVA

With the deepening development of market economy,the development of industry is becoming more and more comprehensive,and the competition among enterprises is fierce and cruel.This requires enterprises to make full use of their own advantages,develop resources and enhance their sustainable development ability,so as to gain competitive advantage in market competition,in order to achieve the continuous improvement and development of enterprise performance.Therefore,it is particularly necessary for enterprises to establish a scientific performance appraisal and evaluation system,which has a positive effect on improving the management level,optimizing the allocation of resources,saving capital costs,and reducing the financ0 ial pressure of enterprises.Nowadays,many enterprises,including listed companies,also use the traditional performance appraisal method to promote the performance appraisal management of enterprises.This kind of appraisal method aims at maximizing the net profit of enterprises.There are many problems such as multi-objective management and performance appraisal does not attach much importance to capital cost.Therefore,the traditional performance appraisal method should be constantly optimized and upgraded to improve the performance appraisal level of enterprises.Lay the foundation.As a new mode different from traditional performance appraisal,EVA can reflect the real performance of enterprises,achieve the purpose of reducing enterprise costs,optimizing resource allocation and improving resource utilization efficiency,and become an inevitable choice for more and more modern enterprises.This paper chooses Jianghuai Automobile as the case study focus,mainly studies the EVA performance evaluation of Jianghuai Automobile.First,it analyses the traditional performance evaluation methods of Jianghuai Automobile from fouraspects: profit,operation,debt repayment and development,and understands its performance evaluation status.Then it points out the problems existing in the traditional performance evaluation methods,and advances the necessity and feasibility of applying EVA performance evaluation to enterprises.Based on the analysis,the framework of Jianghuai Automobile Performance Evaluation is defined,including the principles,processes,projects and accounting adjustments of EVA Performance Evaluation,then the EVA value of Jianghuai Automobile is calculated,and the expected effect of Jianghuai Automobile EVA Performance Evaluation is analyzed.Finally,the Countermeasures of improving Jianghuai Automobile EVA Performance Evaluation are put forward,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Jianghuai Automobile.
