| This paper studies the application of computer-aided design in each stage of residential area planning and design from the aspects of precision,simulation and flexibility so as to make up for the deficiencies in the design efficiency and visual rendering effect of traditional design.And it also explores the method of using computer-aided design to improve the planning and design method of residential area planning and design,help planners improve work efficiency and program presentation means,express abstract design concepts intuitively and clearly,and enhance the connection between planners and audiences,thus constructing a people-oriented comfortable living area.Based on the above background,how to use computer-aided design methods to carry out residential area planning and design,and improve the planner’s work efficiency and the way design scheme is presented have great significance for solving the problems of high housing demand in the future,etc.and building a people-oriented comfortable residential area.Chapter One introduces the research background and significance,the research status of computer-aided design methods in residential area planning and design at home and abroad,and explains the research objectives,research contents,research methods and technical routes of this paper.Chapter Two begins with the theory of residential area planning and design and computeraided design technology,and briefly introduces the concept and features of residential area planning and design and computer-aided design,the influence and effect of the integration the computer-aided design techniques on thinking and expression of residential area planning and design.Chapter Three studies from the conception stage of the residential area planning and design,introducing the connotation of the two drawing methods--traditional drawing and computeraided design,comparing and analyzing the advantages and features of the two drawing methods,and summarizing the fields or projects in which they are used.Chapter Four is to study from stage of residential area planning and design.It introduces the application of computer-aided planning and design methods in base investigation and data collection,accurate construction of road network,layout of residential building groups and the landscape planning and design of residential areas.The advantages and features of computeraided design software and methods will also be analyzed in this chapter.Chapter Five is to study the result analysis and performance of residential area planning and design and use computer-aided design software and methods to model the residential area plan.Based on the three-dimensional model constructed,observe the coordination of spatial relationship of residential area,the rationality of relative position of buildings,the beauty of skyline contour of residential area,whether the waterfront landscape is permeable,and whether the landscape sights of other surrounding buildings and residential areas are blocked or affected.Then compare and analyze the three modeling techniques and summarize their respective advantages and features.With the usage of computer-aided design software and methods,complete the rough calculation and accurate calculation of residential area’s techno-economic indicator and the balance table of construction land.Chapter Six is to study the results of the planning and design of residential areas.To present the design results with the usage of computer-aided design techniques and methods,including presenting methods of two-dimensional and three-dimensional effects.Combined with 3D printing technology and virtual reality technology,an immersive interactive virtual reality space is constructed,which transforms the residential area planning and design scheme from the previous one-way output to the multi-directional experience,so that the audience can truly understand the planner’s design philosophy.Chapter Seven is summary and conclusion. |
