Study On Uneven Settlement Prevention And Control Measures Of Pavement Under Viaduct

With the rapid process of urbanization in China and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,automobiles have become a part of people’s daily life,which also causes a series of traffic congestion problems.In order to break through the bottleneck of urban traffic,cities have begun to establish urban expressway system based on viaduct expressway.However,in the operation process of the road under the urban viaduct,the uneven settlement of part of the road surface appears,which has a certain impact on the traffic.Taking the road under the viaduct in Wuhan as the research object,this thesis investigates the non-uniform settlement of road pavement under the viaduct in Wuhan,combines with the geological conditions of Wuhan and previous studies on the characteristics of soft soil in Wuhan,and analyses the influencing factors and causes of the non-uniform settlement of road under the viaduct.At the same time,using the geotechnical finite element software Midas GTS NX,is used to simulate and analyze the uneven settlement of the road under the viaduct.According to the mechanical properties of soft soil in Wuhan,the influence of traffic dynamic load on the settlement of soft soil subgrade is studied in depth.Based on the causes of uneven settlement on road pavement under the viaduct,this thesis puts forward some effective prevention measures,such as avoiding the design of the road in the area prone to uneven settlement,dealing with soft soil subgrade,reinforcing the road,increasing the buried depth of the bridge pier.Midas GTS NX was used to conduct numerical simulation analysis on some treatment measures,and the effectiveness of these measures was confirmed.The uneven settlement of the road can be greatly improved by using the method mentioned above.For the road with uneven settlement under the viaduct,this thesis puts forward some effective treatment measures,such as excavation replacement and post-excavation transitional treatment.The actual results prove that these methods can solve the unevenness of the pavement under the viaduct to a certain extent.
