With the rapid development of modern industry,the application of asynchronous motors is more and more extensive,and the performance requirements are becoming more stringent.Because the AC speed control system of asynchronous motor has the characteristics of nonlinear,strong coupling and multivariable,it needs to solve the problems of poor anti-interference ability of the control system and low accuracy of motor speed identification.Therefore,the auto-disturbance suppression control technology of asynchronous motor is studied in this paper.And speed identification method to meet the high performance requirements of the project.According to the principle of space vector control,the mathematical model of asynchronous motor in different coordinate systems is analyzed.Then,the self-disturbance control is used to regard the coupling term and parameter perturbation in the mathematical model of the asynchronous motor as the total interference,and through the linear expansion state observer.It is estimated and compensated,which indirectly realizes the complete decoupling of flux linkage and torque.It does not depend on the accurate mathematical model of the motor,and linearizes the system into an integrator series structure,which simplifies control.Objects that improve control performance.The reference model adaptive method is used to establish the motor speed identification model.The extended state flux observer is used to replace the traditional voltage flux observer as the reference model.The current flux observer is the adjustable model and then based on the Popov ultra stable.Theoretically analyze the stability of the system,and calculate the appropriate speed identification adaptive law,use the adaptive law to deal with the difference between the two models,and then feedback the current-type flux observer,constantly adjust the difference to 0,and finally get accurate motor speed.Finally,the above theoretical research was simulated on the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation platform,and the traditional PI control and speed identification system were compared.The hardware experiment platform was built and the program design and hardware debugging were completed.The simulation and hardware experiment results are analyzed,and the control scheme has good robustness against strong disturbance resistance and high speed identification compared with traditional schemes.
