Most of the energy used in social applications is still mainly derived from fossil fuels,such as oil and coal.But fossil fuels will be exhausted one day.Therefore,the use of new energy sources such as photovoltaics and wind energy will develop rapidly in the future.The bidirectional DC-DC converter is an indispensable part of the new energy utilization system.Based on this background,this paper designs a bidirectional DC-DC converter with dual halfbridge topology as the power circuit.The converter realizes the control of the energy flow direction of the converter by phase shift control to adjust the duty cycle of the PWM control signal to ensure the voltage matching between the primary and secondary sides,thereby it improves the conversion efficiency of the converter.This paper designs the control link of fractional-order PID controller based on genetic algorithm tuning optimization,and designed a control strategy combining feedforward control and negative feedback control.The soft switching operation of the converter is also realized,thereby ensuring the stability and robustness of the converter during operation.This paper will first introduce the development process and types of converters.Then the working principle and working process of the double-half bridge topology power circuit are analyzed.Later,the working principle of the control strategy combining feedforward control and negative feedback control and the principle and advantages of the control link of the fractional-order PID controller based on genetic algorithm tuning optimization are analyzed.Then,according to the basic operating parameters of the designed converter,the actual power circuit and control circuit are designed and the experimental prototype is fabricated.Finally,the actual hardware experiment is carried out through the prototype,the control strategy designed in this paper is simulated and verified by the model built by Simulink.The feasibility of the actual converter in this paper is verified by hardware experiments and model simulation.
