| With the rapid development of various industries in the current society,especially the electronic industry,wiring harness products,as one of the main components in these industries,have already had a larger market demand.Driven by market demand,harness manufacturing enterprises are also developing rapidly.But at present,most of the domestic enterprises still use the traditional manual operation in the production process of wiring harness,and the production capacity can not meet the demand.The main research content of this topic is to study the overall design and key technology of the production line in view of the problems existing in the harness production line.By integrating processes and automating the key processes,an automatic processing equipment is designed to replace some manual operations in the original production line,so as to realize the automation of the important processes in the production line.In the original production line,the main processes include the feeding of connectors,the assembly of wires,the pressing of locks,the detection of connector deformation,the detection of correctness of conductor insertion and the detection of conductor harness conductivity,among which the detection of connector deformation,the detection of conductor insertion position and the detection of conductor harness conductivity are the most important processes.If these processes are designed automatically,the production efficiency of the production line can be greatly improved and the labor cost can be reduced.Automatic Inspection of Wire Harness Wire Installation Position Using Image Recognition Technology.Design an automatic testing mechanism for conduction performance driven by cylinder to realize the automation of conduction testing.In this project,the vibrating disc is used to realize automatic feeding,and the wiring harness connector is automatically fed according to the required direction.Laser sensor with 0.5mm light spot is used to realize automatic position detection and deformation detection of wiring harness connector.An automatic testing mechanism for conduction performance driven by cylinder is designed to realize the automation of conduction testing.Next,the mechanical structure design of the equipment is carried out.According to the shape characteristics of the workpiece,modular design method is used to design the modular fixture that meets the requirements to achieve precise positioning and automatic clamping and fixing of the workpiece.Ansys workbench is used to analyze the clamping process of wiring connectors,which ensures that the plastic wiring connectors will not produce plastic deformation which will affect the quality of products in the process of processing,and provides guarantee for the quality of wiring connectors.At the same time,on the premise of ensuring enough strength and stiffness of the mounting plate,the lightweight design of the mounting plate of the vibration disk is carried out based on the finite element simulation analysis.Modal analysis of the whole worktable to ensure the stability of equipment operation.Finally,the assembly of the prototype is completed and the actual production test is carried out.The test results show that the number of workers in the production line after the overall design is reduced from 4 to 2,the production time of single harness is reduced from 25 s to 7 s,and the production efficiency is increased by about three times. |
