| The integrated development of urban and rural bus is an important measure to reduce the economic gap between small cities and townships.In view of the fact that many qualitative studies on the differences between urban and rural bus equity and the lack of quantitative evaluation methods for the integration,this paper starts from the establishment of the accessibility index of the allocation of bus resources and proposes a bus accessibility model that takes into account the line supply capacity and station service capacity comprehensively.Combining fairness definition of sociology,established a equity chance and equity process,results equity multi-angle bus equity evaluation system,using the gini coefficient to evaluate bus equity between urban and rural areas.Applying the decomposition method of the inequality index to the quantitative study of the differences between urban and rural bus equity.The results showed that: The difference between urban and rural public transport will be underestimated,when the geographical conditions of traffic communities are ignored;The bus equity were different from different angles,the results of opportunity equity,bus resource supply equity and bus service level equity are 0.47,0.62 and 0.76,respectively;The differences between urban and rural bus resources are mainly caused by the differences between urban and rural areas,the contribution rate is 65.30%,but it is mainly caused by uneven distribution of bus demand,the contribution rate of the differences to the bus service equity is 39.73%.The difference of urban internal bus system has a great influence on the bus equity,the contribution rate is 41.70%.According to the analysis results of the difference between urban and rural bus,the author puts forward equity improvement measures based on public transport network,service mode and management policy. |
