The Vibratory roller has been used widely in the compaction of foundation and Subgrade.How to improve the reliability and compaction performance of vibratory roller has been a hot topic of scholars at home and abroad.So the factory commissioning is one of the important links in the manufacturing process of vibratory roller.Based on the specification of the manufacturing and debugging procedures of vibration drum and the improvement of the reliability of vibration drums,the paper puts forward to develop a test stand of vibration drum to standardize the manufacturing and debug process of vibration drum.And it can also provide a platform for testing the vibration parameters of vibration drum,which is beneficial to improve the reliability of vibratory roller and save the test costs.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The model of test stand of vibration drum is finished and virtual assembled successfully.According to the functional requirements and design requirements of the test stand of vibration drum,the overall structural design of vibration drum is completed.Some main parts,such as the power transmission type,the assembly and connection types of the rubber tire group,the support bearing,the lifting system,the base,etc,are calculated and analyzed in detail.The solid modeling and virtual assembly are carried out.(2)According to the basic function of the test stand of vibration drum,the optimization of the vibration isolation system of the test stand of vibration drum is performed.According to the basic functions and design requirements of the test stand of vibration drum,the structural design of the test stand of vibration drum is carried out,and the main parameters affecting the test stand of vibration drum are studied by simulation,such as the weight of test stand,the tire parameter,the parameters of rubber damper on the basement,etc.The requirement of the reliability and vibration isolation performance of the test stand of vibration drum can be meet at last.(3)Simulation analysis and experimental research on the test stand of vibration drum is performed with some different kinds of vibration drum.The simulation analysis and experimental research on vibrating steel drums with different tonnages were carried out.According to the designed vibration steel wheel test bench,the vibration performance of the vibration steel wheel of different tonnage single drum vibratory roller on the test bench was simulated and tested.The results show that the reliability test of different tonnage vibrating steel drums can be satisfied by adjusting the inflation pressure of rubber tires,so that there is no “jumping” phenomenon.The relationship between the amplitudes of vibrating steel drums under different working conditions is compared and analyzed,which can provide reference for vibration parameters detection of vibrating steel wheels and meet the requirements of rapid detection of vibration parameters of vibratory rollers.
