As an important factor affecting the quality of asphalt pavement,the temperature of asphalt mixture is closely related to the pavement performance.Therefore,it is of great significant for the road construction process to study the heat transfer characteristics of mechanical thermal equipment,analyze the heat transfer process,and make the mixture at the optimum temperature.In this paper,combined with the theory of heat transfer,the heat transfer mechanism of thermal equipment is analyzed,and the thermal process analysis system is developed by using database,PLC control and other related technologies to meet the requirements of automatic temperature control.It provides reference for the design of road thermal equipment,which is of great significance for engineering application value.The main contents are as follows:(1)Classify thermal equipment from two aspects of road construction and road maintenance.According to the theory of heat transfer,the heat transfer process of different heat transfer methods is analyzed,and the heat transfer model of typical thermal equipment is established to lay a theoretical foundation for the development of thermal analysis system.(2)Analyze system development related technologies.Taking the PLC controller as the core,the analog expansion module is selected and configured to realize the communication function with the host computer and collect data through the temperature sensor.Create a system database with SQL Server 2014 software and complete the connection and use of the database.(3)In the Windows operating environment,use Visual Studio 2015 software,C#language to develop and design the thermal analysis system.According to the data collected by the temperature control system,the heat calculation of the internal model of the software is carried out,and the PID closed-loop control algorithm is combined to achieve the purpose of precise temperature control.The system provides user management,equipment selection,parameter setting calculations,system temperature control,work status,work record and fault display.It is applicable to road construction researchers and engineering operators,can reduce construction costs,improve system heating efficiency,and maximize energy utilization.(4)Through the system analysis of the typical thermal process of road machinery,the application direction and usage of the system are clarified,and the feasibility and reliability of the system are verified.
