Energy-saving and emission reduction has become a global consensus,governments have introduced the relevant laws and regulations,the major auto manufacturers have continued to increase R & D investment,to improve fuel economy.As oil prices continue to rise,fuel economy has become an important requirement for the customer in global market,but also the market competitiveness and regulations orientation of the inevitable choice.The importance of fuel economy development has been referred to the unprecedented height of the automobile manufacturers.Automotive fuel economy technology factors including engine efficiency,transmission system efficiency,road resistance,accessory efficiency,calibration control and other aspects,this thesis focuses on the analysis of the non-powertrain factors,the use of orthogonal design,combined with the vehicle simulation model,real vehicle test and mathematical analysis,and other means,to identify the priority of a non-powertrain factors,forecast the technical improvement tendency of the FE factors,provide the fuel economy development guideline for cost control and strategy.
