In recent years,gas turbine has a wide range of applications in aerospace,power generation,industry.It has a far-reaching impact on modern transport,and military.Gas turbine technology has now become an important index to measure the level of science and technology and overall strength.Cooling technology has become the key to the design of gas turbine.The study of film cooling technology has promoted the development of gas turbines.Film cooling studies include experiments and numerical simulation.The film cooling experimental research has provided necessary data for the calculation and theoretical research.Advanced testing technology can provide important information for study of film cooling flow phenomena.LIF technique can be used in fluid experiment to achieve the flow field visualization and non-contact measurement.Under the background of film cooling research,the PLIF method has a certain requirement for the tracer.In this paper,the fluorescence characteri-stics of many kinds of organic molecules are studied.The results show that the fluorescence characteristics of acetone meet the requirements of the experiment,it is easy to be add to the gas and more stable with better safety performance.On the other hand,combined with the fluorescence characteristics of toluene,multi-component laser induced fluorescence technique is proposed in this paper.Different tracers will be added to the mainstream and jet,such as toluene and acetone,the fluorescence band of the two tracers will separate.It is possible to achieve the display of the mainstream and jet at the same time.It will be helpful to the understanding of the doped mixed transient process.PLIF test method also need special optical test platform.In this paper,the design of the doped mixed characteristic test platform includes small optical tunnel and tracer particles occur device.The reliability of the experimental platform is tested.Based on the experiment,the film cooling visualization test is conducted using acetone PLIF method.The results show a lot of flow and mixing characteristics of film cooling.Compared with the existing research work,they consistent well and the conclusion is that the testing method is reasonable.The results of the experiment also show that under the condition that the velocity of the jet and mainstream is close,the integrity of cooling film will be the best.This paper also do a simulation on the test section.Comparing the calculated results with the experimental results,they have the same trend.
