As In design of desuperheater and decompressor,it is necessary to consider the following factors:(1)to meet the needs of flow capacity;(2)levels of pressure drop distribution reasonable;(3)after decompression steam and condensate has enough contact area and contact time,to try to fully mixed,achieve good temperature reducing effect;(4)the flow rate of the additional steam discharged into the dummy condenser is guaranteed to prevent the high speed additional steam shock dummy condenser in the limit value;(5)to minimize the device size,weight and ease of processing.In view of this,this paper uses CFD calculation software,according to parameters of the inlet fluid by numerical simulation to reduce the temperature reducing device in the main flow process,get device design process on the structure and parameters of the selected reference.Now affect the relationship within the device on the project,mainly to complete the three parts:(1)the device in fluid through the orifice plate throttling process simulation,the different orifice plate structure parameters(orifice plate thickness,a throttling hole spacing and diameter)of the static pressure,dynamic pressure,velocity field distribution and the pressure relief device,through flow capacity,steam flow rate;(2)by simulating the spray desuperheating process,a general understanding of the nozzle set of steam water mixing degree,temperature reduction effect;(3)to verify the actual use of the design and calculation method is correct,the design result is reasonable and safe.
