Research And Application Of Medical Imaging Equipment Technology Maturity Aeeseement Based On Technology Evolution Theories

The technology evolution theory is that all technical systems are developed according to a certain objective law.A complete technology life cycle including: infancy,growth,maturity and recession,presenting the S-curve model.This paper used medical imaging equipment technology as the research object,technology evolution theory was introduced into the medical equipment technology field.This research conducted maturity assessment and visualization analysis in digital radiography field and maturity assessment in magnetic resonance imaging technology field.Through biblimometric method and Delphi expert consultation method to evaluate the maturity of digital radiography technology.The results showed that technology related to the detector is mainly in maturity stage,imaging processing technology is in the growth stage.However,cadmium zinc telluride flat panel and carbon nano tube are in fetus stage.CiteSpace was used to detect research hotspots and frontiers in DR field.The hotspots mainly focused on image?performance?engineering and clinical application.The research frontiers focused on the development of flat panel detectors and the improvement of equipment performance.4014 data obtained by patent analysis to predict the maturity of magnetic resonance imaging technology.The results show that the MRI technology is still in the stage of growth,the future still have a large room for development.The results providing more comprehensive background information,make decision-making forward-looking,procurement decision-making problem is solved;secondly,technology assessment can help R & D to understand the current stage of technological development,recognition technology development direction,accurately find the focus of the research,such as through the patent literature and visual analysis,using a large data can clearly identify technology development context and the newest research hot spot.The current state is to promote the use of domestic medical equipment,combined with the technology assessment can provide data support for the domestic medical equipment classification promotion.
