In order to solve the problems of a canopy temperature and load fatigue testbed,such as high cost and uneven temperature distribution,A new canopy temperature and load fatigue testbed is designed with parallel jet as the core.The testbed is built and debugged,and the thermal performance of the testbed is simulated and analyzed.According to the technical requirements,the overall scheme of the test bed is put forward.The capacity of the cabin temperature regulating equipment,cold and hot load simulation equipments of the testbed are calculated respectively.Based on this,the main equipments of the testbed is selected and designed.In order to obtain uniform temperature distribution of canopy,a parallel jet distributor was designed based on parallel jet theory,and a thermal insulation cover was designed for the distributor.The size of the pipeline network of the test bed is calculated,and the three-dimensional model of the layout design of the equipments and pipeline network of the test bed is analyzed by Revit software,and the test bed is built according to the layout design.The control schemes of turbine protection,electric furnace protection,canopy pressure protection and load spectrum simulation of refrigeration,heating and pressure loading are proposed.According to the technical requirements and control schemes,the testbed measurement and control system is designed by using LabVIEW software.The testbed is debugged by using the measurement and control system.The debugging results show that the equipments and the measurement and control system of the canopy temperature and load fatigue testbed designed in this paper meet the technical requirements.The testbed is simplified reasonably,and the mathematical models for thermal performance of the turbine,the regenerator,the pipeline,the canopy and the insulation cover are established.According to the model,the simulation program is compiled by Fortran software,and the influence of the regenerator and thickness of the pipeline insulation layer on the thermal performance of the testbed is analyzed.The simulation results show that adding regenerator and pipeline insulation layer can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the testbed.When the thickness of the pipeline insulation layer is more than 60 mm,increasing thickness of the pipeline insulation layer has little effect on the thermal performance of the testbed.This paper provides a reference for further research on the canopy temperature and load fatigue testbed.
