| Industrial detection is a key technology in industrial development,which can guarantee the normal operation of industrial processes and equipment.At present,industrial detection still faces many challenges.The number of industrial parts constituting industrial equipment is numerous.Disassembly is a huge project,and plenty of industrial equipment often operates in harsh environments such as high temperature and high pressure.The application of gamma photon detection technology in industrial detection can improve the current industrial detection situation and expand the scope of industrial detection.In this paper,the imaging algorithm and visualization technology of gamma photon detection applied in the industry are mainly studied.Using GATE simulation software,a positron tomography simulation system is built to simulate the gamma photon detection process,and the related technologies in GATE simulation process are studied.The gamma photon coincidence events acquired by simulation acquisition are counted and stored in the form of sinograms,which provides sufficient simulation experimental data for imaging algorithm research.Maximum Likelihood Expectation Maximization algorithm and Maximum a Posterior algorithm are studied in the paper,which are both classical positron emission tomography imaging algorithm.With the increase of iterations,some noise will be reconstructed by the MLEM algorithm and the quality of reconstruction image may degrade.The MAP algorithm is improved by combining anisotropic filtering and Thin Plate prior considering the shortcoming of the MLEM algorithm and requirement of high resolution imaging in the industry,which can achieve the purpose of noise suppression,edge protection and image reconstruction quality improvement.The Ray Casting algorithm in volume rendering technology is studied to realize three dimension reconstructions.Based on the visualization toolkit VTK,according to the object-oriented design concept,the three dimension visualization system of industrial gamma photon detection imaging is designed through Qt.The function of the system is to import the slices of detection and display the results of three dimension reconstruction,so that it can meet the analysis and processing requirements of detection personnel for detection results.The algorithms studied in the paper are verified through gamma photon detection imaging experiments and function of the system software is also tested. |
