Traditional electric vehicle's motor drive and charging/discharging system on-board are independent of each other,leading to low power density and space utilization.The application of the integrated vehicle controller can effectively save the size and weight and greatly improve the power density of the system.This paper researches the integrated motor drive and charging/discharging system.The elimination of electromagnetic torque,suppression of harmonic current in the grid side,and the multi-mode operation of the integrated system are studied in detail.This paper proposes a highly integrated motor drive and charging/discharging system based on open motor windings.The multi-functional integration including motor drive,rectifier,and inverter is studied from drive topology.The reconfiguration of the motor winding and the design of the energizing mode are researched deeply from the filter.Further,the motor windings are utilized as the filter to improve the degree of integration.For the filtering performance and the elimination of electromagnetic torque while charged/discharged,the single-phase full-bridge,three-phase full-bridge,and three-phase four-leg topologies are proposed and analyzed.Thus,the adverse electromagnetic torque of the motor is eliminated completely during the charging/discharging process and the filtering performance is optimized in the proposed single-phase full-bridge.In this paper,the switching design of multi-mode operation of integrated system is implemented from the structure,and the control strategies of multi-mode operation are researched.The vector control based on SVPWM is adopted to decouple magnetic field and torque.For the inductive current control in the charging/discharging mode,the performance of quasi proportion resonant regulator is analyzed from the transfer function and the system parameters are designed,which overcomes the problem that the traditional proportion integration regulator is unable to achieve steady state error tracking for AC current.In addition,the secondary ripple of DC voltage and inductor current harmonic are analyzed in rectifier mode,the suppression scheme based on DC voltage compensation is researched.In the grid-connected mode,inductor current control with voltage feedforward is adopted to reduce the influence of the grid harmonics.This paper sets up the MATLAB/Simulink model of the whole system and verifies the proposed integration system of motor drive and charging/discharging based on open motor windings.A multi-mode integrated system experimental platform is built,and the software algorithms are designed.Experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the integrated system based on open motor windings proposed in this paper,which completely eliminates the adverse electromagnetic torque and improves the suppression performance of the harmonic current in the grid side.
